betrothed
he* proposed on saturday night, while we were listening to his friends play a set at Strange Maine. Sneaky boy just slid the ring on my finger and whispered in my ear, "will you marry me?" i said "Yes." WEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
and what's so great about this is that he's so excited. and i keep giggling. hee-hee!
so if any of you have any suggestions for an inexpensive wedding, lay it on us. or send me your weirdest wedding experience. i want to spend the the rest of my life in love, not in debt.
*he=scott, the most wonderful "beyonce" in the world. :)

Are you sure you want to marry into this mess? Hmmmmmmm???
The ring is right perrrrty though.
Congratulations, best of luck and if you need to vent (because planning weddings is nothing short of shitty root canal)...don't hesitate to holler. I'll be sure to point and laugh.

CONGRATULATIONS!
I will email you the ideas for the best wedding I ever went to. The reason it was so great was b/c they did everything they wanted, and NOTHING they were "supposed" to do. The whole thing cost under $3K which left the happy couple plenty of dough to spend on the most important things like their honeymoon and the downpayment on their house.
CONGRATS AGAIN!
Congratulations!!!!
oh yeah, honeymoon! as far as i'm concerned you should allow twice as much budget for that as for the wedding.
my suggestion is the glessner house, or something historically equivalent. in my professional opinion, that'd be right tits.
