liquid meals
i'm 8 hours into my liquid diet. i'm still alive, but man, i feel kinda crappy. i think it's my nerves that are trying to kill me. scott left to go home to feel his cat*. i snuck a weight watcher's meal replacement, which i wasn't supposed to drink, but man, i needed something with protein. i think i'm being a big baby. i'm nervous and i always feel shitty when i get nervous.
so, here is what it boils down to: i'm a big wuss and i need to relax.
and i haven't even started taking that "stuff" yet. yargh.
