sunday

it's snowing. i am currently curled up on the couch, sorting out the maze that is apple technology, all with a pounding headache. i have purchased some music from itunes (which required me to CALL apple help to reset my password and security questions. assholes), and now i want to put it on my iPhone. you know, so i can enjoy it on the move. but i'm having that irritating problem where i can't just drag and drop the songs. so onto the itunes online message boards i go! i'm so tired of security BS. if you set me up with so much security that i can't get in to my own shit, the system has failed. if someone wants to break into my itunes and buy a bunch of japanese in-app games for $145 (which really did happen), then i should let that happen! oh, and in case you're wondering, security questions ARE case sensitive for apple. but not for everyone.

anyway, i downloaded these songs, as i have been wanting to for a while. i heard most of them on pandora while listening to the Underworld radio station.

Talk Amongst Yourselves by Sasha and Grand National
Un Simple Histoire by Thievery Corporation
Who Needs Forever? by Astrud Gilberto

i also downloaded whitesnake, slow n' easy and still of the night, two songs from my teenage years. oh, and i downloaded a silversun pickups song i heard on XRT a few months back. Panic Switch. one of those new fangled bands that the kids these days like.

i also heard on the radio an arcade fire song that i didn't completely hate. of course, after i found out it was arcade fire, i hated myself for liking it. i then put in some Thrill Kill Kult to make myself feel better.

now if you'll excuse me, i need to work some voodoo magic to get this fucking music on my iphone. did i also mention i'm terrified to update my OS on my iphone? terrified.
