a duet between tiny tim and morgan freeman

so, i went to see Zapruder Point tonight with scott. they played at Sylvie's on Irving Park (right across from our (hopefully) new coffee space). it was very intimate, as gigs on thursday nights tend to be. everyone there knew someone who was playing. the second person was Eric Ziegenhagen. he was hysterical without meaning to be. i mean, he was talking to audience and forgetting some lyrics and telling jokes and it was a good time. he couldn't get the key down to his "red line waltz" when he said, "now it sounds like a duet between tiny tim and morgan freeman." too high and too low was the reason for the comment. scott and i were laughing our asses off. so was eric and everyone else. good times.
