my 100th post

so, it's d-day+4. i've been working on a freelance project, but it still feels like a saturday. i watched nothing but gilmore girls all day today. at 7pm, i watched the "oh, man, that's gross" ER shows on TLC. and they weren't that good. it's almost 11pm. i could stay up all night long if i wanted, but i don't want to get on that kind of cycle. i'm not in college anymore.

i have an interview with Scott Foresman on wednesday. then i'm having lunch with an old co-worker, erin. i haven't seen her in about 1.5 years. i was recounting my old co-workers wareabouts to a friend on the phone today. this comes a day after i saw that one of them had just had her second child. my friend said, "it's pretty cool that you've kept in touch this well. it's almost been 2 years since we got laid off. sometimes it seems like yesterday, and sometimes it seems like a million years ago. i wonder what everyone is really doing... how they're doing in their new jobs, if they've joined the corporate world again or started freelance gigs.

alright, i'm now watching x-files. i think after this i'll go to bed. i'm not my usual, sparky self tonight.

tomorrow, i'm going to go a coffeehouse and do some work. i'm getting out of this apartment, dammit.
