reasons why i am irritable today
1. i have PMS, which could account for everything else in this list.
2. someone spilled salad dressing in the refrigerator, which got on my sandwich baggie, which got on the sleeve of my sweater. now all i can smell is bad vinegar garlic.
3. my job appears to have rules and methods that i still am unfamiliar with after being here for 11 months. this means that in an attempt to make things go more smoothly, i fuck work-flow up, ie, i can do nothing right.
4. i can't seem to remember how to spell anything, even though i was once a very good speller.
5. i can't remember words to describe how i feel or what i want to say.
6. i'm tired of the copier warming itself up in the middle of every job i do.
7. i'm tired of standing in front of a copier, like i'm nothing more than a glorified copy girl.
8. i finished my 900-page book and now am going to have find some real work to do, even though my desk is clean and my in box is empty. i'm also going to have to find something else to read.
9. i can't seem to get any sympathy in places that one should be able to find sympathy.
10. i'm tired of people not taking my needs at face value and instead brushing them off as side-effects of PMS.
11. i feel like i'm being ignored.
12. i'm tired of people less qualified/organized/capable than me getting better projects to do at work or having more responsibility.
13. i'm tired of being a cog in a very large, very dysfunctional wheel.
14. i hate that "dysfunctional" is spelled with a "y." why are all other "dis-" words spelled with an "i?"
15. i feel like a useless waste of space.
it's not enough that i'm devalued at my job that i also have to be put in this sub-par catagory as a woman who is plagued by hormonal distress every month. i already feel like a piece of shit because of the influx of estrogen from my pituitary, i don't need any help from anyone else in this respect. and i really thought that being an anti-depressant would help this aspect of my life. i guess not.

hey.. at least you have something nice to come home to. or visit, anyway.
fuck work. i realized today that what i do changes nothing in the big picture. nothing. i don't contribute to the overall well-being of mankind, i don't give back to the community, i don't help save the planet. i help rich people make more money off the backs of the average worker.
i think i'll bring the vodka bottle to bed with me tonight.
You could always just burn the mother down.
that's not a bad idea. too bad i ran outta lighter fluid.
