i would like to give a shout out to those of you who have been the firsts in our wedding experience.
• first to see my engagement ring outside of maine: shannon (even though she thought i was pointing to a parked car when i held my hand under her nose)
• the first to RSVP to our wedding: my mom. heh. it turns out she accepted with pleasure. whew!
• the first to RSVP their regrets: my friends tracy and tomas, who have two kids under the age of 5.
• the first gift received: juiceman juice from sue. sue, you rock! we'll miss you at the festivities
• the first item purchased off our meager amazon.com registry: the outdoor gong. i don't know who bought it, but we love you.

wow, i'm an idiot.
that aside, if you use the juiceman juicer, do you end up with huge, terrifying eyebrows like the juiceman himself?
man, i hope not. i'll make scott juice, just to be on the safe side.
