counter-offer

we did get a counter offer-$15,000 more than we offered. i wanted to go up $5k as our counter-counter offer, but i got vetoed. i think it would be worth an extra $5k, with the second bedroom, and crown molding. but when you really get down to it, no matter how nice it is, if you're going to worry every month on whether or not you can pay for it, it's not worth it. at least not to us.
