the world of typos
this sounds like something i would do... accidently, of course:
Ottawa County, Mich., is in a hairy situation after an unfortunate typo was printed on ballots for the upcoming November election. A total of 170,000 ballots were printed with the word “public,” minus the “L.” The error occurred in a portion of text regarding a ban on some types of affirmative action. It will cost the county $40,000 to reprint the ballots.
thank you to Joanna Miller of chicagoist. read it or else.
and while you're there, check out my sister's posts.
am i toting too much?
