oh, and did i mention...
that i rode Expedition Everest? the roller coaster that goes waaaay up the air and BACKWARDS?
so i get on this ride with scott and his family. clink-clink-clink, it goes up the mountain, 112 feet up. here is a picture:
oh, wait. let me pull the image back a bit:
then you go down and up again and somewhere else (possible nepal), then it goes up to this part of the track that appears to be broken. i look around, hoping to find some track that branches off the track we're already on. i turn to scott and say, "this thing doesn't go backward, does it?" oh, yeah, it does. weee! back we go!! at 40 mph. then it goes forward again, at 50 mph, down an 80 foot drop. this is where the photo is shot, where i am screaming my head off*:
who doesn't love a good surprise after you're strapped in? but when we ran onto the ride for the second time, i had no excuse.
*please notice scott behind me, calm as a hindu cow, making the Wu-tang sign.
